Furnished in warm neutrals, gold, wood and metals to give that modern luxury yet rustic feel, Cognac is our 3 bed gite and sleeps up to 8 people.

Large and spacious at 135 m2, it is set out on ground floor level with a 50m2 large open plan living and kitchen area. Great views onto the front courtyard garden. Leading off from this are 3 bedrooms, of which 2 have ensuites with walk in showers. There is a separate bathroom again with a walk in shower for the 3rd bedroom and sofa bed. Each bathroom has a hairdryer and toiletries. All linen and towels are provided including pool towels - all free of charge.

The kitchen is extensive and has everything you might need with a lovely farmhouse dining table inside or your own private dining area/ tables outside.

As it is gloriously hot in the Summer months, we provide fans in the living room and bedrooms.

If staying in the cooler months, Cognac gite has central heating of course but also a wood burner,

Rates

2025 Prices per night- 170 - 200 euros per night.

High season 5 nights minimum occupancy, mid season 3 nights minimum occupancy, low season 2 nights minimum. Contact us to discuss your dates and availability as the above is a guide and can depend on availability.

Check in on ANY day of the week from 4 pm. Check out on ANY day up to 11am.

Stay tax is 1,80 euros per adult per night as we are 4 star classified with the French tourist board.

Damage deposit 150 euros .

End of stay clean 35 euros.

The most beautiful, well equipped gîte ever!

Beautiful Gite with superb hosts. We have stayed in lots of places in France and this stands out as the most beautiful well equipped Gite ever. The Gite itself had everything we needed for adults and a 5 month baby. Very spacious with a very well equipped kitchen which we used a lot. Lots of space and very peaceful. We loved the gas barbecue and had many happy evenings in the barbecue barn. We also enjoyed playing table tennis and pétanque. The pool and hot tub are superb. Kev and Barb are amazing so thoughtful and kind. The daily warm croissants, the excellent communication and lots of local suggestions were really appreciated by all of us. Best hosts ever. We would love to return
